When I began this, it was a bit of a stretch to imagine myself doing this daily for 3 weeks, come rain or shine. Now, as I come to the end, it does not feel like a stretch anymore. Stamina is good, and the body has adjusted well to the running regime. So, I hope to carry this habit beyond the 21 days.
What you will not see are the videos and the updates after the 21 days. That is the tough part; first to shoot, then to process and edit, then upload onto YouTube and write a post. I am really happy with what I have achieved; this was not so much about the weight-loss, but more about the application of the 3P Method to achieve personal goals. The fact that the method is not only for corporations and for society, but even for individuals. About how you can solve problems by reframing things, by looking at it from a new perspective rather than the usual one.
