I have received comments on social media about my loss. One comment indicates that the rapid loss in the beginning is all water, and is easy to flush out. It gets difficult once the water is out and you have to burn fat. Maybe; I am not sure. What do you think?
Another said that its easy to lose the initial 4-5 kgs and then it tends to plateau. I guess the 4-5 kgs is dependent on the starting point; I mean if you start at 100 kgs, I guess the initial ‘easy to lose’ weight will be much more than 5 kgs.
The vitamin helps and I am feeling fresh throughout the day. The legs ache a bit, but I guess thats because they had become a bit rusty due to inactivity for a while.
If you have any suggestions, ideas please feel free to reach out. This is an amateurish attempt at understanding my own body and mind.
