About 70% of Parthajeet’s time is spent in consulting assignments around Employee Experience Design, Workplace Strategy and Change Management. He devotes the remaining time in sharing and co-creating new thoughts and ideas, through a variety of activities like the leadership programme at IIT Hyderabad, talks, co-creation workshops, roundtables, writing and his podcast.
