After having started his career at Colliers in the 90s, post his degree in Architecture and an MBA, Parthajeet spent a few years at Australian Corporate Interior Fit-Out consultancy DNA Consulting, before starting boutique workplace transformation consultancy iDream in 2003. Over two decades, iDream has metamorphosed from a focus on design of workplaces to the design of employee experiences by making work easy for end users.

CONSULTANT-WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE DESIGN

Parthajeet offers Workplace Experience Design consultancy to corporate organisations, effecting much needed integration of Workplace Strategy, Workplace Design (digital and physical workplaces) and Change Management. He leads from the front, often working in consortiums with global design and consulting practices around strategy and real estate.
