After starting his career at Colliers in the 90s, following his degree in Architecture and an MBA, Parthajeet spent a few years at Australian corporate interior fit-out consultancy DNA Consulting before founding boutique workplace transformation consultancy iDream in 2003. Over two decades, iDream has grown from designing workplaces to designing the full employee experience.

CONSULTANT-WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE DESIGN, WORKPLACE STRATEGY

Parthajeet advises corporate organisations on workplace strategy, change management, and employee experience; increasingly applying the EXD Framework, his own methodology for diagnosing and redesigning the friction that makes work harder than it needs to be.

CO-AUTHOR: WORK MADE EASY

Co-authoured with Oxford Univ ex-Prof John Hoffmire and workplace technology entrepreneur Raj Krishnamurthy, this book lays down the whys and hows of taking a data driven approach in designing employee centric workplace experiences.

Parthajeet’s most recent book documents the EXD Framework in full – the methodology behind his consulting work, taught quarterly at IIT Hyderabad, and measured through the EXD Score.

Parthajeet is a Chevening Scholar (Oxford University), award-winning innovator and entrepreneur, who began his career with Colliers International in the mid-90s before founding iDream in 2003. He now works at the intersection of workplace strategy, employee experience design, and change management – often in consortium with global partners.

A graduate of Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, Parthajeet went on to complete an MBA. He was later selected by the British Government for a leadership programme on science and innovation at Oxford University. In 2018, he authored The Radically Changing Nature of Work, Workers & Workplaces. His second book, Work Made Easy (2023), laid down the case for a data-driven, employee-centric approach to workplace design – and his most recent, Designed to Work (2026), documents the complete EXD Framework that grew from it.
